1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your information on any Go Do Good web form, landing page, or opt-in mechanism, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information or opt in to any communications.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Go Do Good operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of sharing community updates, volunteer opportunities, event announcements, and other nonprofit-related communications with individuals who have explicitly opted in.
Message frequency varies and will depend on the nature of your engagement with Go Do Good. You may receive recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Go Do Good by submitting your mobile phone number via our opt-in web form located at join.gododgood.com and checking the consent checkbox affirming your agreement to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation in any Go Do Good program.
4. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of Go Do Good SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at the address below to request removal.
5. How to Get Help (HELP)
To receive help or more information about the SMS program, reply HELP to any Go Do Good text message. You may also contact us directly via the contact information listed in Section 9 of these Terms.
6. Supported Carriers
Go Do Good’s SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary. Go Do Good is not responsible for any delays or failures in receiving messages caused by your mobile carrier.
7. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan’s messaging rates. Go Do Good does not charge a fee for participation in the SMS program.
8. Privacy
Your personal information, including your phone number, is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at privacy.gododgood.com. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms
Go Do Good reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
