We are a purpose-driven agency that empowers nonprofits and mission-led organizations to amplify their impact through exceptional design and brand marketing. We believe every purpose driven organization should have access to high quality, mission moving brand marketing services.
We’re currently seeking a highly creative part-time, freelance Marketing Manager / Creative Content Manager to help grow our agency and showcase the meaningful work we do. This role is ideal for an experienced, strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and building connections through marketing. This position will be expected to ideate, execute and launch their creative ideas.
In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with our Chief Creative Officer, Creative Director, and project teams as needed.
- Lead and manage creative marketing efforts that promote our agency and attract new client partners.
- Create and craft compelling content and campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
- Work roughly 20 hours per week, with availability during working hours Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

What You'll Be Doing
Lead Generation:
Create and manage marketing campaigns (both inbound and outbound) to attract the right clients. You’ll build smart, strategic campaigns that help grow our reach and bring in new business.
📣 Content & Brand Storytelling:
From social media to blog posts, whitepapers, and videos — you’ll be in charge of producing highly creative content that feels true to who we are. You’ll help make sure everything we put out is not just polished, but also authentic, engaging, and aligned with our voice and goals.
📈 Campaign Management:
Tools & Tech:
Use marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) and CRM systems to keep things running smoothly, nurture leads, and support our sales and marketing workflows.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work with our team across departments to understand business goals, ideal clients, and market trends — then build strategies that tie it all together. You’ll be an important voice in shaping how we grow.
Events & Thought Leadership:
Help plan and promote events, speaking gigs, and sponsorships. You’ll make sure our team shines in the spotlight and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Keep up with marketing trends, new tools, and what’s happening in the world of social and digital — and bring fresh ideas to the table to help us stay ahead.
What You Bring to the Team
- 2-3+ years of creative marketing experience — ideally at a creative, digital or media agency, or within the Tech, SaaS industry.
- A proven track record of building and running successful lead generation campaigns
- Strong content chops — writing, designing, editing, planning — you know how to bring ideas to life.
- Intermediate-advanced skill level in design software such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Suite
- Experience managing and growing social media platforms with real results
- Comfortable using marketing and CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
- A solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, digital ads, and how they all fit together
- Data-savvy and comfortable digging into analytics to make smart decisions
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple projects
- Bonus: Experience with PR is a nice plus!
